The sensational office of AWeber Communications

Architecture

AWeber is an email marketing and software company located in Pennsylvania, more precisely in Chalfont. The corporate headquarters, with almost 7,000 m², achieved the LEED Gold certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), assigned to leading energy projects and environment-friendly design.

With the Wulff Architects design, the idea of the headquarters is to convey the company core values that are collaboration, innovation, flexibility, sustainability and fun. For this, the environment has a games room, a toboggan, cafeteria and several lounges with different decors.

The LEED Gold certification was obtained with a number of features that make the project as well as beautiful, sustainable. Such as a 20 meter vertical garden that has almost 2,000 plants, the use of electricity that is offset with renewable energy certificates, windows that go from floor to ceiling to take advantage of natural light, among many others.

Tom Kulzer, AWeber’s Founder says "I'm proud of this building.  It provides a safe, clean and remarkable experience for our hardworking team members to focus on their daily missions,”  About the LEED Certification, he said, “it’s an honor to achieve this gold rating, and AWeber will do everything it can to not only continue caring for the environment, but to be a model for success for other companies.”

We agree with Tom on this point, the AWeber project is sensational, besides being a source of inspiration in design and sustainability!
